Thank you for choosing me to be your trainer! Little bit about me, I graduated from San Diego State University with my Bachelor’s of Science degree in Kinesiology with emphasis on being a Fitness Specialist. I decided to study fitness and nutrition because I wanted to know the breakdown of how to transform my body in a healthy way since I struggled with my weight growing up and had developed unhealthy body image issues. I was very active all my life from competitive dance for ten years, to volleyball, to finally track and field but I never was able to drop the excess weight. During my senior highschool track season I unfortunately tore my left ACL which led me to be inactive for a year but I was still eating the same and if not worse. I ended up gaining 20 pounds and once I finished physical therapy that’s when I knew I wanted to finally lose the weight, gain confidence, and step into the highest version of myself…so I got my degree in Kinesiology and DID.
I believe that if you take care of your mind and body by implementing healthy habits you can achieve all of your goals. I’m here to teach women how to nourish their bodies while showing them which exercises they personally need to execute in order to overcome imbalances, pain points, and grow their muscles to create their desired healthy body.
